A: For power stations in the China region, please select the China data center and log in with your current account. For power stations in non-China regions, please select the International data center and log in with your current account.

Q4: I am a user of "SOLARMAN Pro", how can I use "SOLARMAN Business"?

The new version not only upgrades existing functions: it supports monitoring more types of devices and more indicators, smarter monitoring, more convenient management, and safer use. It also adds many new features: analysis services, report services, large-screen display, alarm notifications, work order plans, and maintenance records.

Q5: I am a user of "SOLARMAN Pro", how should I log in to the new version?

A: If all your power stations in SOLARMAN Pro are in the China region, please select "Data Center (China)" in the upper right corner of the login page and log in with your original account password. If all your power stations in SOLARMAN Pro are in non-China regions, please select "Data Center (International)" in the upper right corner of the login page and log in with your original account password.
The new version supports three login methods: email, phone number, and username. If you are currently using an email account, please select "Email Login" in the new version. If you are currently using a phone number, please select "Phone Number Login" in the new version.
If you forget your login password, please reset it through the "Forget Password" function on the homepage of the new version.

Q6: After the data center upgrade, what is the time range that SOLARMAN Business can display data for?

A: Your power station and equipment's historical statistical data are consistent with before. For your power station and equipment's historical detailed data, after the upgrade on April 17th, you can see at least one month's worth of data, and we will gradually synchronize more historical detailed data for you.
